For the melon drink
1 Galia melon (peeled and seeds removed)
4 cups Oat Milk
12 Basil
honey (to taste)
For the mango drink
2 Mangoes
4 cups Oat Milk
honey (to tase)
4 tsps fine Oatmeal (to garnish)

2 Pots, 1 Skillet, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Sieve

Preparation steps

For the melon drink:

Make 12 balls from the melon, thread onto cocktail sticks and set aside for the garnish.

Put the remaining melon flesh in a blender with the oat milk and 4 basil leaves. Blend until smooth, add honey to taste and pour into glasses. Garnish with the melon skewers and reserved basil leaves.

For the mango drink:

Cut the mango flesh away from the stone, leaving the skin on. Cut 4 slices and set aside for the garnish.

Put the remaining flesh in a blender with the oat milk. Blend until smooth and add honey to taste. Pour into glasses and garnish with the reserved mango slices and a sprinkle of oatmeal.
