1 large Pot (with lid), 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot, 1 Fork, 1 Sieve, 1 large Bowl, 1 Casserole dish (about 35 x 22 cm), 1 Tablespoon, 1 large Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula

Preparation steps

Scrub the potatoes and cook in a pot of boiling salted water, covered, until knife-tender, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse and trim the beans.

Rinse savory and shake dry. Cook green beans and savory in 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.

Place in a large, shallow baking dish (about 35 x 22 cm) (approximately 13 x 9 inches) and bake on middle rack of preheated oven at 200°C (fan 180°C, gas: mark 3)(approximately 400°F) until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into slices. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan. Add potatoes and onions and fry until golden brown on medium heat, 7-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the green bean parcels.
