Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic and squeeze through a garlic press. Whisk together the yogurt and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in the garlic and salt and transfer to a small bowl.

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet and sprinkle onto the sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
