for 2 glasses
375 grams Blueberry
1 Banana
3 Ice cubes
300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
300 milliliters Buttermilk
2 tablespoons Oat flakes
1 tablespoon crushed Flaxseed
1 teaspoon Honey (at will)

Preparation steps

Rinse the berries, pick and drain well. Peel the banana and coarsely cut into pieces.

Combine all ingredients in a blender. If you want the smoothie a little smoother, add a little more buttermilk.
