3 ozs Prosciutto (trimmed of excess fat)
6 ozs Pappardelle noodles

½ cup dry white wine (or grape juice)
¾ cup Soy creamer
½ lemon

1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Plate

Preparation steps

Rinse radicchio, cut in half and remove the stalk. Cut crosswise into thin strips.

Peel the onions and cut into thin strips. Toast pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden and let cool on a plate.

Cut the prosciutto into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) wide strips. Cook the pasta according to package directions in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet and fry the onions over medium heat until translucent, about 4 minutes. Add radicchio and sauté 1 minute.

Add white wine and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Add soy creamer and cook for 2 minutes.
